Service Outage
Upstream Providers: Microsoft & AWS
We’re currently experiencing a widespread outage stemming from incidents at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This is impacting authentication and several dependent cloud services. Our teams are actively monitoring and working
with both providers to restore full functionality as soon as possible.
What’s impacted
- Sign-in and single sign-on (SSO) to ACCESS applications
- APIs and background jobs that rely on Azure/AWS services
- File uploads, reporting, and certain dashboard views
- Outbound email and notifications from cloud queues
What we’re doing
- Continuously tracking Microsoft and AWS recovery progress
- Failing over non-affected components where possible
- Preparing post-recovery validation to safely bring systems online
